Nujoom islands

Nujoom Island (meaning "Island of floating stars") Located on the shores of Sharjah next to the Hamriya Free Zone, Nujoom Island comprises 10 islands across naturally-dredged 36 km of white sandy beach and nestled by the fabled waters of the Persian Gulf.
The project, covering approximately 60 million square feet, Nujoom Islands offers luxurious villas with private swimming pools on the islands. All phases will include a special escrow account to ensure peace of mind for our valuable investors.
The project is developed by Saudi-based Al Hanoo Investment LLC, the community will host more than 3000 villas, and commercial buildings, 6 hotels and 2 resorts. ==Construction==
Construction work was divided into three phases. First phase is completed with the digging and dredging work being done.
